Absolutely. We have a dedicated tasting room at our offices where you can sample our menus before making your decision. Simply mention that you'd like to arrange a tasting when you speak to our bookings team, and we'll be happy to get it organised.

Yes. Our menus always include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options as standard. If any of your guests have additional allergies or dietary requirements, just let us know and we'll advise on the best options. We also provide full allergen matrix for complete peace of mind.

We operate on a first come, first served basis, so we always recommend booking as early as possible. Once your deposit has been received, your date is secured in our diary, giving you complete peace of mind that your booking is confirmed.

That's completely normal. Most customers book well before they know their final numbers. You can update your guest numbers and other event details right up to five days before your event, so it's always best to secure your date first and finalise everything closer to the time.

Yes. We have a range of catering setups suitable for gardens, private homes, marquees and venues of all sizes. Our bookings team will discuss your space with you and recommend the setup that's best suited to your event.

To secure your booking, we simply ask for a deposit. The remaining balance isn't due until two weeks before your event, giving you plenty of time to finalise your plans before making the final payment.

Yes. We offer a range of drinks options to complement your catering, including tea & coffee service, fully staffed bars, ice bucket bars and tray service. We'll help you choose the option that best suits your celebration.

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with everything needed to cater for your event, including any cooking equipment, gas, water and power where required. We're completely self-sufficient, so all we need is a suitable space to set up.

Of course. We carry £10 million Public Liability Insurance and can supply all the documentation your venue may require, including risk assessments, gas safety certificates and food hygiene information before your event.

This depends on the menu you've chosen. Buffets are self-service, allowing guests to help themselves whenever they're ready. For our staffed events, we typically serve around 100 guests in approximately 30 minutes, although this can vary depending on the menu, as some dishes take longer to prepare than others. Your bookings team member will be happy to advise on expected serving times for your chosen menu.
