Yes. Paper plates, napkins and wooden forks come as standard, with bamboo upgrades available at an additional cost. Crockery is also available when you book a staffed event.

As a general guide, we recommend approximately 500g per person for light bites, 700g for a standard meal and 900g for a larger meal. Quantities vary by menu, and our team will help you choose the right amount for your guests.

Yes. All our menus include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Dietary options are clearly labelled on delivery, and we can provide a full allergen matrix for your chosen menu. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when enquiring so we can advise on suitable choices.

We can sometimes accommodate orders with as little as 24 hours’ notice, depending on availability and your chosen menu. If your event is coming up soon, give us a call and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

We’ll provide a full quotation and invoice before requesting payment. We accept bank transfer or card payment.
Depending on how far ahead you book, we’ll usually request a deposit starting from around 20%, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. For bookings made within two weeks of the event, full payment is required.
You can update your menu, guest numbers and booking details up to seven days before your event. We’ll confirm any resulting price changes.

We deliver across South East England and within approximately 60 miles of our bases in London, Southampton and Cheltenham. Send us your delivery postcode and we’ll confirm coverage. However Hot buffet delivery is only available within 45 minutes of our SE12 kitchen.

Our minimum order starts at £300 + VAT, but may be higher depending on your event date. We’ll confirm the minimum spend when you enquire.

Delivery costs a fixed £55 + Vat on top of your food order. This also includes help laying out your buffet.

Yes. Your food arrives ready to serve in disposable recycled cardboard packaging. If you arrange an earlier delivery, cold buffet items can be refrigerated until needed. We also offer hot buffet menus, which can be delivered heated and ready to enjoy.

Yes, we’ll help lay out your buffet on arrival. You’ll just need to provide suitable tables. We can advise how much space you’ll need based on your menu and guest numbers.
